Great location, near all the shops, restaurants etc but not right by anywhere noisy. Really beautiful room, very spacious and a lovely view over the pool and trees at the back of the hotel. We loved coming out the front door and seeing the mountains so close by. Service was great, the pool and hot tub were a lovely place to relax and nice and warm. Parking was easy and staff were very helpful. The laundry room was really useful. We didn’t know the area before we arrived but we felt like the hotel was in the best location for us and we would love to visit again, it was a great experience.

Very clean. Check in and check out were quick even though it was fully booked. Only one elevator working but even that wasn't a long wait. Kitchenette had everything we needed and toiletries were good quality. Definitely appreciated that we were mere steps from the popular side of the village yet the hotel street was nice and quiet. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and underground parking was a plus! Didn't use the pool or hot tub, so can't comment, but from what I could see they were quite small.

This boutique hotel was in a perfect location, right in the middle of the whistler village and in walking distance to many restaurants and cafes! The staff there was super helpful and were very accommodating especially when we were delayed and had checked in later in the evening! The rooms were spacious and clean, the bed was super comfortable and the heater in the room was soooo good! We had a kitchenette in our room which came in handy! Would totally recommend and we can't wait to return!

We stayed here over Christmas and it was a magical experience. We expected very high prices over the holiday period but this place was very reasonably priced with our booking genius discount. Our room was spacious with a couch and a fireplace, giving it a very homey vibe. We were able to use the spa and sauna, which really took the edge off the cold weather. There were even snow-shoeing equipments available for guests so we were able to make the most of our stay there.

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of town and easy to find and we found the reception staff to be friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was absolutely fabulous! It was very spacious and extremely comfortable and we really liked the balcony and the fireplace!. The shower was excellent and we loved the quality linen and towels. Overall a fantastic place to stay!
